Updated COVID-19 FAQ


What safety precautions will you and your team be implementing post-COVID?

Safety and peace of mind is always our top priority for our clients. In addition to our high standard of sanitation, all artists will be required to wear masks. Artists will be required to thoroughly disinfect hands and work area before and after each client. Tools and products will be deep cleaned prior to each appointment and re-sanitized between each client.


Can I reschedule my event because of COVID-related shut downs due to government orders?

Each event reschedule is on a case-by-case basis. We require at least 4 weeks notice for COVID-related reschedules. We will honor a reschedule if artist is available for the new date. If artist is not available on new date, all payments up to date are non-refundable. Pricing for rescheduled date may differ from original date due to day of the week and season of the year.


Will I receive a refund if my event is canceled due to COVID-related reasons?

If a cancelation is needed due to COVID-related reasons, all payments up to date are non-refundable.

Will you be able to travel to me?

Most non-wedding appointments such as bridal trials, engagement shoots, photo shoots moving forward will take place at Artist's location in the Inner Sunset area of San Francisco. Please reach out if you need on-location services.

What services do you offer?
We offer on-location makeup and hair styling services for all occasions. Whether it's for video, television, print, or bridal, we have you covered! Unfortunately, we do not offer waxing, hair coloring, hair cutting services but are happy to refer you to our friends!
What should I expect at a makeup/hair trial?

A makeup and hair trial usually takes around 2 hours. We’d be able to create one makeup and hair look. You should be prepared with clean, dry hair and clean, moisturized skin. Prior to our trial, we require you to email us inspirational photos and photos of yourself in order to get a sense of what look you’re going for. Many brides love to draw inspiration from pictures from our website, Youtube, or Pinterest. Don’t worry if you’re unsure of the type of look you’d want. We are here to give expert advice and we welcome your feedback!

What is airbrush makeup?

Airbrush makeup is a lightweight method of makeup application where specially formulated, water-resistant makeup is sprayed out using an airbrush gun. It creates a beautiful, even finish and will look gorgeous all day. It is perfectly blended to match your skin tone and has buildable coverage. Airbrush makeup will keep you looking fresh, even after your moves on the dance floor!

What types of beauty products do you use?

We only use high quality products combined with artistic skill which translates to beautiful results. Some of the brands we use are Make Up For Ever, MAC Cosmetics, Urban Decay, NARS, Cinema Secrets, and many other professional brands. If you have questions about a specific product or need to alert us of an allergy, feel free to let us know before our appointment.

Do you have experience with acne-prone, sensitive, or mature skin types?

No two faces are alike. We have worked on hundreds of people with different skin types, skin tones, ethnic backgrounds and ages. We always customize each look according to your unique skin needs.

What size party can you accommodate?

When servicing multiple people in a specific party, we always send out a detailed makeup and hair schedule so everyone is on the same page. With our group of experienced beauty assistants, we can accommodate pretty much any party size. Bring it on!

How do I secure you for my important day?

A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract is required to secure the date and time agreed upon. A booked or completed trial does not hold wedding date/time. Emails will not be sent out if inquires for the same date/time are received. If any changes are requested, it must be in writing and cannot be guaranteed. Of course, we will try our very best to make everything work for us all.

Where are you located and do you travel?

We work on-location and would love to travel to you wherever you are! Travel is complimentary within San Francisco, CA. We’ve been all over the world including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Hawaii, New York, and many parts of Asia and Europe. Please contact us for more information on destination weddings and events.
